1. Return Eligibility

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or without original packaging will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Customized or special-order products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Mention your order number and reason for return

  3. Attach pictures (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and guide you further.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer (if applicable).

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product).

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect item received

Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.
